Go to Settings, then Subscription, and choose "Cancel subscription." You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and we send you an email confirming it. We do not give partial refunds for the rest of a month or year.

Yes, for the off-season. On the Cancel screen, pick the seasonal reason and you can pause for 1 or 2 months instead. You are not billed while paused, and you can resume any time from Settings. If you do not resume before the pause ends, your subscription is canceled at the end of the period rather than restarting your billing.

To change your email, go to Settings and use "Change email." To change your password, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. If you sign in with Google, Google manages your password.

If your archer's coach runs a team page, the coach can invite you to follow it. Following a team page does not include the training content itself; that needs your own plan, and the free plan works too.

You need to be 13 or older to sign up on your own. If your archer is younger, talk to their coach.

No. Quick Coach and the AI dojos give suggestions based on our coaching method, and they can be wrong. Your coach is still your coach.

Both, and they are two separate organizations working together. Bat City Archery is the archery program and the source of the coaching method. Master Your Shot is the platform that delivers it, built and run by Design by Dialogue.
